Carol Gillham
Senior Administrator & Practice Manager
Carol was born and raised in Watford. She attended Holy Rood RC Junior School in Watford, followed by St Joan of Arc RC School in Rickmansworth.
After previously working within a clinic environment, specifically trichology, Carol eagerly joined the world of hearing care. She enjoys seeing the lifestyle improvements patients experience after seeking professional help.
Carol’s wide range of responsibilities at The Hearing Clinic includes providing first-class customer service and support to all our patients, working closely with and supporting our audiologists and administration team, handling new and existing patient enquiries, overseeing the servicing and repairing of patients’ hearing aids, recalls and HR, plus a long list of administrative duties that keep her busy.
Carol says it is an honour to work with such knowledgeable audiologists and to see how they can help and improve our patients’ lifestyles. She describes herself as a people person and loves meeting people from diverse backgrounds through her work. It is especially rewarding for Carol if she can help them in any way.
Outside of the clinic, Carol loves spending time with her family and friends, whom she considers her world – and all time spent with them is precious. She also likes cooking, as well as dining out, going for nice country walks, shopping, socialising and generally enjoying life. Additionally, within the past six months, Carol has joined a step class and a Pilates class, which are proving to be fun experiences.
