Step 1: Consultation
We’ll discuss your custom hearing protection needs, your typical noise environment, and what you need from your protection – whether that’s maximum attenuation, sound transparency, water resistance, or comfort for extended wear.
Step 2: Ear impressions
We take precise silicone impressions of your ear canals. It’s a quick, comfortable process that takes around 15 minutes. The impression material sets within a few minutes and is then removed, completely painless for the vast majority of patients. We also have state-of-the-art 3D ear scanning equipment at our 3 clinics, which is an alternative method to ear impressions.
Step 3: Product selection and order
We’ll recommend the right product and specification for your needs and place your order with the manufacturer. Most products are returned to you within two to three weeks.
