Katie Pullman
Senior Administrator
Katie is a Senior Administrator who works across our Radlett and Welwyn clinics. She joined us having previously worked as a safety and compliance manager in a GP surgery.
Katie’s role involves welcoming patients, answering the phone and booking appointments, handling insurance claims and processing our Trust Pilot reviews.
Katie also oversees the administration around our Auditory Processing Disorder clinics.
She says, “When I saw this role advertised I thought it was ideal for me. One of my daughters wears hearing aids and I’m really interested in learning more about hearing and developing my skills in this area.
“Outside of work I keep busy with my family and enjoying days out.”
