Carol Gillham

Senior Administrator and Practice Manager

Carol has recently joined us as our Senior Administrator and Practice Manager. Carol brings with her a wealth of experience & knowledge in customer service and staff management.

She previously managed a world leading Trichological clinic in London and enjoys working within a clinic environment. Carol has also previously managed a boutique salon so is very excited about moving her career from Trichology to Audiology.

Carol works 4 days a week and is primarily based at our Radlett clinic. She is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of all the business, administrative, clinical and patient services. She is responsible for overseeing the smooth running of all 3 clinics.
