Jan Hill

Administration Assistant

Jan’s 30 year career in the customer service field includes many years working in banking. She worked as a Secretary for NatWest in the St Neots branch before moving to the Cambridge branch to gain customer service experience. There she gained experience in dealing with customer queries, personal loans, current accounts, savings accounts and complaint handling.

When she met her husband the couple moved to Stevenage where Jan worked in the NatWest branch alongside Marion for many years. When the branch closed, she took voluntary redundancy after nearly 30 years of working for NatWest.

Jan then went on to work at a GP surgery as a Receptionist before joining The Hearing Clinic.

As part of The Hearing Clinic team, Jan helps with general administration and report typing, and she supports Marion to answer phone calls and book appointments. She says, “I enjoy my job working in such a friendly and happy team environment and we’re all looking forward to moving to the new clinic at Hitchin and meeting the new customers who join us there.”

Jan has two children and golden retriever who keeps everyone busy; outside of work she enjoys dog walking, going to the theatre, and planning holidays.

Jan is based in Hitchin and helps with the general administration and report typing as well as supporting Marion to answer your calls and book appointments.
