At your initial hearing aid assessment appointment we will help you identify which of our standard hearing aids is best equipped to meet your unique hearing needs.

Your first appointment includes a pure tone audiogram, a speech disrimination test and a full hearing needs profile. All your results will be explained so that you fully understand them. Our experts will create a map of your hearing preferences. We will also ask you if there is anything specific that you would like to address and if you have any hearing device preferences. We will then be able to recommend what your next steps should be and advise on your choice of premium device. Finally, we will give you a full written report.
